Level I – Basic Obedience (12 Weeks)

Build clarity, structure, and real-world control with your dog.

Level I Basic Obedience is a structured 12-week program designed to create a reliable communication system between you and your dog. This is an immersive owner-handler class, meaning you are actively learning alongside your dog so the results carry into everyday life — not just the classroom.

All work is done on-leash, focusing on precision, timing, and accountability so your dog understands that commands are not optional.

What Your Dog Will Master

Dogs in this program work toward mastering 17 core obedience commands and skills, including:

  • Heel

  • Halt

  • Sit

  • Down

  • Stand

  • Stay

  • Finish

  • Right, left, and reverse turns

  • Leave-it

  • Recall

  • Distraction work in real scenarios

  • Structured engagement with the handler

  • And additional obedience foundations that build reliability

Dogs are taught to respond and execute within 2 seconds, creating clear expectations and dependable obedience.

LEVEL II Advanced OBEDIENCE

Level II – Advanced Off-Leash Obedience (12 Weeks)

Take obedience off the leash — without losing control.

Level II Advanced Off-Leash Obedience is a structured 12-week program designed to transition your dog from “does it on leash” to does it anywhere. This is an immersive owner-handler class, meaning you work directly with your dog under trainer guidance so the skills become repeatable in real life — not just in class.

Training builds reliability under distraction, improves precision, and strengthens your leadership so your dog listens even when the environment is more interesting than you are (rude, but true).

Enroll in Level II after completing Level I (or after evaluation if your dog already has a solid foundation).

What Your Dog Will Master

Dogs in this program advance obedience into off-leash control and higher distraction environments, including:

  • Off-leash heel + focused position

  • Automatic stops/halts and smooth transitions

  • Sit, down, stand, stay with increased duration and distance

  • Reliable recall under distraction

  • Place / stationary control (where applicable to your curriculum)

  • Direction changes (right/left/reverse turns) with precision

  • Leave-it / impulse control around food, dogs, people, and movement

  • Handler engagement in stimulating environments

  • Proofing drills that mimic real-life chaos (because life does not care about your training plan)

Dogs are held accountable to respond and execute within 2 seconds, maintaining the K9 Safety standard for obedience that actually works.
